Emerald green arborvitae hedge-Arborvitae shrubs are evergreens in the Cypress family and are often used as hedges or shrubs privacy. Some arborvitae, such as emerald green arborvitae, can make an excellent hedge, because this shrub grows only 3-4 meters in width. Others, such as elangtissma, can grow up to 6-7 meters in width. Pretty easy to trim, not arborvitae does not have actual buds but growing points, which are located at the tips of the plant. By trimming, removing these growing points, temporarily slow tree growth.
